The Offerings

One practice. Three ways it reaches the world.

The heart of the work is the one-to-one programme. Around it sit two further offerings — the same understanding, carried to a group or a room, and to the things people build. Each is designed for its own context. Nothing is resized from the individual work.
The Offerings

The Aacharya Holistic Program

Three parts, taken in order — because each makes the next possible. Aparna does not delegate the reading, and she does not delegate the design.
01

Conscience Coaching®

The reading — before anything is prescribed

No two people are configured the same way. So nothing is prescribed until the configuration is known.

Conscience Coaching® is conversation therapy — a full reading of lifestyle and history, personal and professional. Genetics and blood work, reviewed by Aparna alongside her medical team, and where a condition already exists, in consultation with the person’s own physician.

The full reading

From these, a complete case file is built — the physical and the emotional, the circumstantial and the genetic, EQ and IQ, the conscious and subconscious layers of the mind, and the elemental reading beneath them all.

A full, five-dimensional reading. Because you cannot restore a system you have not read.

Natya Yoga®

The integration — where the elements are united
This is the discovery the rest of the practice grew around.

Kathak is the technique. Natya Yoga® is the key that turns it into medicine — structured, therapeutic, repeatable, and tailor-made to each individual reading. It is not asana-based yoga.

Most methods address one layer of a person and hope the rest will follow. Natya Yoga® engages the whole system at once — realigning the gunas and doshas, the panchatatwa, the navarasa, and the instruments themselves.

Every element of the form becomes a therapeutic instrument: aligned movement for the body; frequency-based music for the brainwaves; rhythmic footwork for the nervous system; navarasa therapy for emotional release; padhant, chanting and mantra for breath and vibration — each chosen according to what the reading reveals.

Natya Yoga is the name I gave that miracle I had been chasing — in the books, and in my practical research.

The integration — where the elements are united
Vayu · Air, as frequency

Naad · the sound

The mind runs at frequencies; live music, composed in the room, retunes them. Nothing is pre-recorded.

Vayu · Air, as movement

Prana Vidya · the breath

Breath as prescription — the most direct voluntary access we have to an involuntary system.

Jal · Water, as expression

Rasa Abhinaya · the emotional

The navarasa entered through the body — emotion inhabited, expressed, and released.

Prithvi · Earth, as form

Gati · the movement

Movement, mudra, footwork and story — a life reorganised in the body rather than merely discussed.

The evidence beneath it

Dance movement therapy has been evaluated in randomised controlled trials and synthesised in meta-analysis, with significant reductions in depressive symptoms across nineteen trials and more than 1,300 participants.

The evidence base belongs to the field. The method belongs to one person.
03

FoodMedxTM

The rebuild — where the programme becomes a life

Where the programme stops being a series of sessions and becomes a way of living.

Not simply a nutrition plan, but a redesign of how you eat, move, rest and shape a day — all of it built on what the first two parts revealed.

The full definition

And it goes further than the plate. With what emotion do you eat? A meal taken in anxiety is not the same meal taken in peace — and the body knows the difference even when we do not.

Yours is a unique configuration, and the protocol is written for it alone.

Offering Two

Not a conversation about wellbeing. Time spent within the method itself.

Three parts, taken in order — because each makes the next possible. Aparna does not delegate the reading, and she does not delegate the design.

Participants do not simply hear how movement reaches emotion, how breath regulates the nervous system, or how sound can settle what words cannot.

They experience each dimension directly, through a carefully structured sequence, and leave with an embodied understanding of what the practice makes possible.

One-to-One

The method, delivered privately and shaped to a single reading.

Bespoke Salons

Privately hosted, for small and carefully curated groups.

For Institutions

Designed around an organisation’s own context, vision and objectives.

Offering Three

A project is much like a growing child.

If a human being is a configuration of elements that can fall out of balance and be restored, the same is true of anything a human being creates — a product, a project, an organisation or a space.

It requires close attention, timely correction and continual rebalancing as it evolves — and, above all, the right ingredients in the right proportion at the right stage.

Give the same recipe to a hundred people and it will produce a hundred different dishes. What each maker brings to them does not stay the same.

When projects underperform, the real cause is often found not in the spreadsheet, but in the people, patterns, timing and unseen dynamics behind it.

There is no treatment, no medication here. Only awareness, unfolding. Wisdom, recalibrating. And a life, restructured — to begin the journey of your becoming.

What is Conscience Coaching?

Conscience Coaching® is the first step of the Aacharya Holistic Program — a conversation therapy that reads a person across five dimensions: physical, emotional, circumstantial, genetic, and the elemental layer beneath. It produces a complete case file, so that everything prescribed afterwards is built for that individual alone.

Natya Yoga® is a therapeutic method developed by Aparna Mishra from Kathak — not asana-based yoga. It uses aligned movement, rhythm, sound, breath and the navarasa as therapeutic instruments, engaging body, mind and emotion at once. It is structured, repeatable, and tailored to each person's reading.

FoodMedx™ is the final part of the programme, where the findings become a way of living. It is not a diet but a redesign of how a person eats, moves, rests and shapes a day — including the emotion and posture a meal is taken in — written for one unique configuration.

Yes. Through the Salons & Workshops and Project Wellbeing, the same understanding is applied to curated groups, institutions, and to the things people build. Each engagement is designed for its own context, never resized from the individual work.

Yes. Movement and dance-based therapies have been studied in randomised trials and meta-analysis, with meaningful reductions in symptoms of depression and anxiety reported. The practice draws on that evidence base while adding its own individualised method.
